QC Aero (Quotecloud Aero) is a software-as-a-service platform developed and operated by Jetman Holdings Limited, a company incorporated in Kenya under Certificate of Incorporation No. PVT-PJUYEB9P, with registered offices at Wilson Airport, Nairobi, Kenya.
QC Aero provides charter aviation operators with tools to generate quotes, manage enquiries, issue invoices and receipts, and track payments. References to "we", "us" or "our" in these terms refer to Jetman Holdings Limited.
These terms apply to any individual or company ("Operator") that creates an account on QC Aero, whether on a free trial or paid subscription. By creating an account, the Operator agrees to these terms on behalf of themselves and any team members who access the account.
QC Aero provides the following core features on the Starter plan: a real-time charter quote engine, a CRM for managing enquiries, invoice and receipt generation, PDF document builder, WhatsApp sharing tools, aircraft fleet configuration, location database management, and multi-currency support.
Pro plan features including a client-facing quote page, white-label branding, API access and automated client PDF delivery are currently in development and will be made available to subscribers in a future release.
We reserve the right to add, modify or remove features at any time. We will notify Operators of material changes with reasonable notice.
To use QC Aero you must create an account with accurate, current and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at legal@jetman.co.ke if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
Each account is for use by a single operator entity. You may not share your account with third parties or use it to provide services to other aviation operators without our written consent.
New accounts receive a 30-day free trial with full access to all Starter plan features. No credit card is required to start a trial. At the end of the trial period, your account will be suspended unless you subscribe to a paid plan. Your data is retained for 30 days after suspension, after which it may be permanently deleted.
We reserve the right to limit, suspend or terminate trial accounts that we reasonably believe are being used abusively, fraudulently or in violation of these terms.
The Starter plan is billed at USD 100 per month. Payment is due at the start of each billing cycle. Failure to pay will result in account suspension. Accounts suspended for non-payment will have their data retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.
All payments are processed securely through our payment partners. We do not store card details on our servers. Prices are subject to change with 30 days written notice to the registered email address.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by emailing legal@jetman.co.ke. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months. After cancellation, your account and data will remain accessible until the end of the paid period, after which the account will be suspended.
You agree to use QC Aero only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not use the platform to generate fraudulent documents, misrepresent pricing to clients, violate any applicable aviation regulations, or engage in any activity that could harm the platform, other operators or third parties.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that we reasonably believe is being used in violation of these terms or applicable law, without prior notice.
You retain full ownership of all data you input into QC Aero, including client information, aircraft configurations, quotes, invoices and location data. We do not claim any ownership over your operational data.
We process your data solely to provide the service. We do not sell, share or use your data for any purpose other than operating and improving QC Aero. For full details on how we handle your data, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
Your data is stored on Google Firebase infrastructure with tenant-level isolation. Each operator's data is stored in a separate, isolated environment and is never accessible to other operators on the platform. We implement daily automated backups and point-in-time recovery to protect against data loss.
While we take reasonable measures to protect your data, no system is completely secure. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for ensuring that your team members use the platform responsibly.
QC Aero, including its software, design, algorithms, quote engine logic, and all associated intellectual property, is owned by Jetman Holdings Limited. Nothing in these terms transfers any ownership of our intellectual property to you.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use QC Aero for your internal business operations during the term of your subscription.
QC Aero is a quoting and document management tool. Prices generated by the platform are based on the rates, speeds and parameters you configure. We are not responsible for any pricing errors, client disputes or financial losses that result from quotes generated using the platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jetman Holdings Limited's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of QC Aero shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
We aim to maintain high availability of QC Aero but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may carry out planned maintenance with reasonable notice. We are not liable for any losses resulting from downtime, whether planned or unplanned.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email to your registered address at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of QC Aero after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of QC Aero shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nairobi, Kenya.
